Ethan McRae

Attorney

As someone who has never needed a family lawyer, Ethan McRae certainly understands the heartbreak that comes with family law. Those closest to him, including his parents, wife, in-laws, and friends, have all found themselves navigating the legal system through divorces, custody issues, and support enforcement matters. He knows that his clients require representation from someone who is able to recognize the high emotions family law produces, while also enacting a logical legal plan that will yield solutions for their specific set of circumstances.

Ethan was drawn to law and politics ever since he was young. He obtained an Associate’s Degree from Eastern Arizona College in his hometown before attending Arizona State University to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from W.P. Carey College. He then graduated from University of North Dakota with his Juris Doctorate.

After passing the Arizona State Bar, Ethan began working for Riggs, Ellsworth & Porter, the same firm that is now Superstition Family Law. He has worked with other great family lawyers for the past few years, learning the intricacies of family law in Arizona.

During his time at the firm, Ethan has helped to grow the firm’s practice area in estate planning including trusts, wills, and other vital documents. He enjoys providing his client’s families with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their assets are protected and their loved ones are provided for long-term.

Ethan and his beautiful wife, a Neuro-ICU Nurse at Barrow’s Neurological ICU, have two little boys: a rambunctious four-year-old and a sweet and curious one-year-old. He loves spending any and all free time with them. As a family they enjoy cooking, gardening, and watching movies together.

Ethan is fluent in Spanish after spending two years in South America as a missionary and continues to enjoy his activity at church.
